From April 23 to 26, the CHINAPLAS 2024 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition opened in Shanghai with the theme of "Starting a New Journey, Shaping the Future, Innovation and Win-Win". As a guest speaker at this event, Qin Wei, Technical Director of ExxonMobil, delivered a speech titled "Innovative Double-Bubble Polyethylene Shrink Film PEF to Help Improve Recyclability and Packaging Performance", starting from the performance comparison of conventional films , a series of sharing and discussions were opened around the core topic of "PEF film performance and value expression", bringing a wonderful and high-quality business exchange feast to the participants.
Based on ExxonMobil's technical advantages, Mingca Packing has given more possibilities to high-performance mono material polyethylene shrink films through improved processes and formulas, making it more suitable for high-end product packaging. On the basis of maintaining good shrinkage, machine and transverse direction tensile strength, and better optical properties, this solution is more compatible with recycling performance, and has passed the EU recyclability certification and China's local sustainable development "Double Easy" certification. This fully demonstrates that the PEF solution is consistent with the circular production model and will help achieve the sustainable development goals of the industrial chain.
